Massage (2, 4, 6 & 8 hands) by Indian Therapists

In massage one works on a body by applying pressure with structured or unstructured movements, according to the body constitution. Ayurveda massages at Ved Holistic are done by hands, forearm, elbows, knees or feet; to heal internal body injuries, improve circulation, and relieve tension in the muscles or nerves. In our centre clients are treated in a professional setting while lying on a massage table, sitting in a massage chair, or lying on a mat on the floor.
